Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zenoré Perfumes, every fragrance is crafted as a personal and intimate experience. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are subject to the following policy.

Final Sale Policy

All orders placed on our website are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference regarding scent
  • Opened or used products

This policy is in place due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will only offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during delivery (leakage/breakage)
  • The wrong product was delivered

To request a replacement:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: support@zenoreperfumes.com
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos of:
      • Outer packaging
      • Product bottle
      • Batch code

Resolution

  • If approved → Replacement will be issued
  • If replacement is unavailable → Refund will be processed to original payment method

Important Notes

  • Items reported after 48 hours will not be eligible
  • Products must remain unused except for inspection
  • Zenoré reserves the right to reject claims lacking sufficient evidence

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
