Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event your order arrives damaged (leakage) or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you efficiently, kindly include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photographic evidence of the shipping box
  • Photographic evidence of the bottle and batch code


Note:
Verified defective items will be replaced with the exact same product.

Delivery Assistance

If you are contacting us regarding a missed delivery:

  • Couriers are authorized to wait a maximum of 15 minutes at the destination
  • If unreachable, please provide your order number for rescheduling

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be changed.
