- Fragrances are described using olfactory notes (Top, Heart, Base)
- No samples or discovery sets are currently offered
- All purchases are made based on digital descriptions
3. Orders
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successful
- Zenoré may cancel orders in case of:
- Fraud suspicion
- Abnormal quantities
- Payment issues
4. Pricing
- All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams)
- Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout
5. Payment
- Accepted: Visa, Mastercard
- Secured via encrypted payment gateways
- Zenoré does not store payment details
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery across UAE and selected regions
- Shipping cost calculated at checkout

- Risk transfers upon delivery
- Zenoré is not liable for:
- Lost/stolen packages after delivery
- Courier wait time: Max 15 minutes
